With his music, he is well known for blending hip-hop trends of the present with rock. Baker has signed with Bad Boy Records in 2010 and released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010. The Cleveland rapper who delivered songs at the speed of a bullet speeding through the air experienced an explosive growth when at the end of 2011, Baker made the switch from self-released mixtapes to established labels. The following years saw every single album of his charted at number 10.
